ProfitPerSale is operated by Xuanlin as an individual operator. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use https://profitpersale.com (the “Site”).

1. Calculator inputs and results

The ProfitPerSale calculator runs in your browser. Calculator inputs and calculated results are used to produce estimates on your device and are not intentionally submitted to ProfitPerSale as calculator data.

An independent production review completed before this policy update observed no application writes to cookies, local storage, session storage, IndexedDB, browser caches, or service-worker registrations during the tested sessions. This is an observed implementation fact, not a promise that browsers, hosting infrastructure, or third-party services never process technical data.

2. Cloudflare Web Analytics

The Site currently loads Cloudflare Web Analytics. During independent production testing, the Site loaded Cloudflare’s analytics script from static.cloudflareinsights.com and sent an analytics request through the Site’s Cloudflare endpoint.

Cloudflare Web Analytics processes limited technical usage information to help the Owner understand aggregate Site traffic and performance. The purposes are to measure Site use, identify performance or reliability issues, and improve the Site.

The independent review did not observe Cloudflare Web Analytics setting a cookie or writing to the browser-storage mechanisms listed above during the tested sessions. Cloudflare may nevertheless process technical request and usage data as a service provider when delivering analytics and related network services. ProfitPerSale does not use the calculator inputs as analytics fields.

Cloudflare’s analytics configuration, data available to the Owner, and provider practices may vary. For current information about Cloudflare’s handling and retention of analytics or technical data, refer to Cloudflare’s current documentation and the applicable service settings.

3. Hosting, delivery, and security data

Cloudflare and the Site’s hosting infrastructure may process technical request data needed to deliver pages and assets, maintain reliability, prevent abuse, and protect the Site. Such processing is separate from the calculator’s in-browser calculations. ProfitPerSale does not claim that infrastructure request data is never created or retained.

Provider settings, access controls, and retention behavior may vary with the active configuration and provider practices.

4. Information you send directly

If you email ProfitPerSale, the Owner receives the information included in your message, such as your email address, message content, and any information you choose to provide. This information is used to respond, maintain relevant correspondence, address requests, and protect the Site where necessary.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, confidential marketplace records, or other sensitive information that is not needed for your request.

5. Accounts, payments, and sales

ProfitPerSale does not currently provide user accounts or accept payments through the Site. It therefore does not intentionally collect account credentials or payment details through the calculator.

6. Sharing and service providers

ProfitPerSale does not sell calculator inputs. Technical data may be processed by Cloudflare and the Site’s hosting infrastructure to provide analytics, delivery, reliability, and security services as described above. Information may also be disclosed when required to comply with applicable law or to protect the Site and its users.

7. Retention

Calculator inputs and results are not intentionally retained by ProfitPerSale as submitted calculator data. Technical request, analytics, and correspondence data may follow different retention practices. Provider practices and settings may change; refer to the relevant provider documentation for current information. ProfitPerSale does not state a single fixed retention period for these categories.

8. Your choices and requests

You may choose not to email ProfitPerSale. Browser or network privacy controls may affect third-party requests, but they may also affect Site functionality.

To ask a privacy question or request access, correction, or deletion relating to information that the Owner can reasonably identify and control, email xma5@my.hpu.edu. The Owner may need enough information to understand and respond to the request.

9. Third-party services and links

The Site may link to third-party websites, including Etsy resources. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. ProfitPerSale does not control those third-party websites.

10. Children

ProfitPerSale is a general-audience calculator and is not directed to children. The Site does not knowingly request personal information from children through accounts, payments, or calculator submissions.

11. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the Site, its providers, or its data practices change. The revised policy will show a new “Last updated” date.
